Welcome to the Curaçao Ostrich Farm. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://curacaoostrichfarm.com) and the purchase and use of our services, including Safari Tours, Quad Tours, the Zambezi Restaurant, and our Souvenir Shop.
By accessing our website or participating in our activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Booking and Payments
Online Bookings: Tickets for the Safari Tour and other activities can be purchased via our website. All bookings are subject to availability.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD (or XCG as applicable) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment: We accept major credit cards and online payment methods. Payment must be completed at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled tour time, your ticket will be forfeited without a refund.
Operator Cancellation: Curaçao Ostrich Farm reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or maintenance. In such cases, customers will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
3. Participation and Safety
Assumption of Risk: Interaction with animals (ostriches, emus, crocodiles, etc.) and participation in outdoor activities (Quad tours, Safari trucks) involves inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks related to injury or property damage.
Conduct: Visitors must follow the instructions of our guides at all times. Failure to follow safety protocols (e.g., standing in moving trucks, harassing animals) may result in immediate removal from the farm without a refund.
Health Requirements: Participants for Quad Tours must be in good physical health and meet any age/license requirements specified at the time of booking.
Animal Interaction: Feeding the ostriches is done at the visitor’s own risk. While supervised, animals can be unpredictable.
4. Use of the Website
Content: All text, images, and logos on https://curacaoostrichfarm.com are the property of Curaçao Ostrich Farm and may not be used without written permission.
Accuracy: We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or availability on the website are error-free.
5. Zambezi Restaurant
Reservations for “African Night” or large groups are recommended.
While we take care with dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee the total absence of allergens in our kitchen.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curaçao Ostrich Farm, its employees, and owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, injury, or damage arising from your visit to the farm or use of our website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled in the courts of Curaçao.
